stop smoking in one or two sessions

Hypnotherapy is one of the most effective ways to stop smoking there is, and has helped many, many people.

As an intervention, it can work in just one session. This is a full 90 minute-consultation, with a discussion of your smoking habit, motivation, lifestyle, how hypnosis can help, and the session itself.

For people who would rather experience hypnosis first, I also offer a two-session approach, of one hour each. This gives us more time to discuss the various issues and for you to experience the hypnotic trance and relaxation, and then address your smoking in the second session.

The choice is yours.

  • Within 20 minutes of stubbing out, your blood pressure and pulse rate start to return to normal.
  • Within 12 hours, carbon monoxide levels in the blood will be equivalent to those of a non-smoker.

  • With every year of non-smoking, your risk of cancer decreases.
